Detergent formulations can be divided into four main groups: Surfactants, builders with dispersing agent, bleaching agents and additives.
The introduction of alkyl polyglucosides has given us environmentally friendly surfactants. As far as the next group is concerned – the builders – we have now succeeded in developing an environmentally friendly dispersing agent with the name Baypure® DS100.
Oxygen-containing bleaching agents used for the washing of textiles can decompose by catalytic actions of traces of heavy metal ions, making them unable to fulfil their intended bleaching function. Baypure® CX100specifically renders these metal ions harmless, and is suitable for stabilizing bleaching agents even in hard water.
