I&I dishwashing
Compared with household dishwashers, the cleaning effect in the I&I segment must be equally good but must be achieved in a much shorter time. For this reason, higher demands are made on the constituents of the detergents. The formulations are generally highly alkaline with little or no surfactant.
The use of _Baypure® CX100 creates the ideal combination here of ecological compatibility and high efficacy. On the one hand, _Baypure® CX 100 prevents the surfactants from becoming deactivated through the hard water, and on the other, dissolves metal ions out of the contamination, encourages soil release and helps to prevent new deposits.
